Billy pulled off an early-round on one of the designated courses for “King of the Course” – Devil’s Ridge, and earned 500 points with a 91 — who will steal those 500 points? Will Nick make the drive over to Oxford to boost his rankings?
Rumor is, Brice shot a 92 at The Myth (another king of the course location) this week and when rankings refresh on Monday, he’ll be up in the top 5.
Rumor also has it that Brice will be trying to secure a second king of the course holding with a round at Downing Farms this weekend.
Lot’s of early jockeying going, but 10 players opting to extend the offseason and take a rest leading into Master’s Week.
The rest might pay off – it’s going to be a long season.
